- When can I get Glim?
- Glim is in private testing and coming soon to the App Store. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it’s out.
- What do I need?
- An iPhone with iOS 17 or later. A wearable is optional: Glim works with WHOOP, Oura and Apple Health, or with what you log yourself.
- How much does it cost?
- Glim is free while it’s in testing. If that changes, you’ll know before you pay anything.
- Is Glim medical advice?
- No. Glim is a coach, not a doctor, and it isn’t a medical device. For anything medical, talk to a professional.
- How do I export my data?
- In the app: Settings › Household & privacy › Export my data.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete your account and all its data. See the privacy policy.
- Does the AI see my Oura data?
- No. Oura data shapes your rings and plan through Glim’s own rules, and is never sent to the AI.
- What does my partner see?
- Only what you choose, in Settings › Household & privacy. Progress photos, body measurements and your calendar are never shared.
